In the matter of Milavetz, Gallop & Milavetz, P.A. et. al. v. United States of America, U.S. Dist. Court, Dist. of MN, 05-CV-2626, Chief Judge James M. Rosenbaum issued an Order on December 7, 2006, declaring the debt relief agency sections of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 ("BAPCPA") unconstitutionally impinge on attorneys' First Amendment rights.
